Discrimination Law 2014

The new law came into effect in September 2014 and affects every business. JACS, the Jersey Advisory and Conciliation Service, have now produced a handy guide which we think is well worth a read.  Follow the link to read the Guidance Notes or ring us and we can help you understand the implications for your business.

All outstanding tax must be paid by 6 pm on Friday 5 December 2014.  Any amounts outstanding after that will result in a 10% surcharge being levied.  If you are experiencing cash flow problems speak to Income Tax before the deadline and work out a payment schedule with them.  We are happy to help.
